Abstract

The physical fitness test of college students is one of the manifestations of the achievements of colleges and universities in cultivating students' physical quality. Based on the improved Apriori algorithm for the physical fitness test scores and physical education course data of college students, this article explores the correlation between the two in depth and finds that physical education courses play a positive role in the growth of students' physical fitness. Among them, the promotion effect of students interested in courses is particularly prominent; at the same time, there is a strong correlation between endurance quality, speed quality and multiple physical qualities, they can effectively promote the improvement of other qualities. This article can provide a data basis for the study of college students' physical development and changes, and also provide constructive suggestions for the current talent training on the teaching arrangement and content of physical education courses.
