Abstract

In this paper, a coordinated planning method for reliability and economy of distribution network with PV energy integration is studied. In order to establish the planning model, the power loss of different loads is evaluated to construct the user's power loss function. The power supply loss of users under the safety risk assessment of the distribution network is multiplied by the power loss function of various types of users to obtain the reliability cost. Then, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal scheme of distribution network. Compared with the traditional planning model, the planning result based on the reliability and economic coordination planning model increases the lines investment and reduces the power shortage in the important load area. As a result, it greatly reduces the cost of reliability, effectively improves the reliability of distribution network, and effectively reduced and the overall investment operation cost, verified the feasibility of this planning method for distribution network with PV energy integration.
