Abstract

High voltage cascaded energy storage power conversion system, as the fusion of the traditional cascade converter topology and the energy storage application, is an excellent technical route for large capacity high voltage energy storage system, but it also faces many new problems. How to use the control strategy to play better the advantages of high voltage cascaded energy storage has gotten more and more attention. This paper summarizes the research on power control, balance control, and fault-tolerant control of high voltage cascaded energy storage to provide a reference for related research and engineering application.
