Research on Construction Method and Application of IT Project Management Knowledge Map Oriented to Risk Discovery

Abstract

For IT project management, knowledge management within the project and knowledge sharing between projects are important sources of core competitiveness of an organization in the era of knowledge economy. IT project management urgently needs a knowledge management tool to improve the management level and project success rate. Therefore, in this study, we propose the knowledge service architecture of IT project management based on knowledge graph. This framework aims to solve the problem of knowledge mining and knowledge sharing in IT project management and promote the smarter management process. Firstly, the framework and key technologies of knowledge service in IT project management are put forward creatively from four aspects: knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, knowledge organization and knowledge application. Then, in order to carry out related knowledge mining and knowledge sharing among different projects, we build the domain ontology of IT project management based on CSFs, and build an example. Finally, taking risk discovery of IT projects as an example, a method of similarity measurement and risk discovery of IT projects is proposed by using knowledge graph. These works provide an automatic and intelligent knowledge mining method for IT project management.
