Abstract

The occupational orientation test for Holland was administered to 274 college students. According to the study's findings, the Holland Career Aptitude Test, which gauges psychological traits, identifies distinct types and degrees of career preferences among college students. College students should receive employment advice based on their career kinds, and it should also be done to match their career tendencies with job openings. Students with unusually low career aptitude ratings should be retrained or used as needed.
