Abstract

On the basis of elaborating the cause of climate change and the meaningful efforts having been made, we make our research on climate change in the perspective of the right to development. We use document research method to find legitimacy for protecting every natural person’s right to development. Further, we claim that the right of carbon emission is in fact a kind of right to development, thus it should be guaranteed. Finally, we then retrospect some of China’s efforts to cut down carbon emission as an example to act as a responsible country in the international community for providing suggestions for a better scheme of carbon emission internationally.
