Abstract

The condition monitoring and management of nuclear power plant(NPP) components is an important link to ensure the safe operation and nuclear safety of nuclear power plant. In order to ensure the good technical performance of nuclear power components, maintenance measures, periodic safety inspection, risk assessment, fault tree analysis, aging management and other methods are used for the maintenance and condition assessment of nuclear power components. However, these methods can not fully and accurately grasp the technical status of the components. In order to fully and accurately grasp the technical status of components, this paper starts from component fault prognostic and health management(PHM), analyses the system and component composition of nuclear power plant, and puts forward the classified health management scheme of nuclear power plant components. Based on the analysis of the elements of fault prognostic and health management for nuclear power plant components, the basic framework of health management for nuclear power plant components fault prognostic and health management is proposed. Finally, taking the health management of steam generator(SG) as an example, the design of the health management framework of nuclear power plant components is explored. By means of component health management, the development and change of component performance can be predicted, and on this basis, corresponding measures can be taken to improve the comprehensiveness, initiative and accuracy of component management of nuclear power plant.
