Abstract
The quality of bearing lubrication state is directly related to the working performance and service life of the equipment. It is very important to monitor and judge the state of bearing lubricating oil film in time. Based on acoustic emission (AE) technology, this paper studies the propagation characteristics of AE signal in variable volume multi-layer plate, and puts forward Variation parameters to characterize the influence of oil film on signal propagation. The results show that the proposed parameters have an effect on the models under different plate volume combinations, and can judge whether there is oil film or not. In this paper, the three-dimensional bearing model is used for verification, which is very consistent with the flat plate results. The work of this paper lays a foundation for monitoring the state of bearing oil film lubrication by AE technology.
