Abstract
Most coal mine conveying systems in China are transported by belts. Belt conveying system is very important for coal mine production. Bearing is one of the important components of belt conveyor. During the running of bearings, if the temperature rises, it will affect the normal transmission of belt conveyor. In this paper, the continuous on-line temperature monitoring and temperature display of roller bearings of belt conveyor in the western suburbs of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry are realized based on the existing headquarter system of the western rubber belt and the underground industrial ring network. When the monitoring data exceeds the limit or is abnormal, sound and light alarm will be sent out in time.
