Abstract
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to monitor the engine inlet total pressure distortion index online in the flight test, an embedded real-time processing scheme based on airborne general data acquisition system is designed. Through the embedded real-time processing module, the collected total pressure and dynamic pressure parameters are processed at the airborne terminal, and the total pressure distortion index of the engine inlet is calculated in real time. The total pressure distortion index time series are predicted to solve the influence of distortion index calculation delay on safety monitoring. The future state is predicted, and the results are telemetered and transmitted down through the telemetry system. The flight test results show that the system can realize the real-time calculation of engine inlet total pressure distortion index, and the calculation results meet the requirements of accuracy and real-time. It is of great significance to improve the safety monitoring ability and flight test efficiency of related subjects.
