Abstract
In order to improve the accuracy of the heave data test system of the inertial navigation device of the pull-line displacement sensor structure, a model correction method is proposed to correct the output data of the system. By drafting scatter plots of the error data and the sensor output data, a linear relationship is found between the two, and then the least squares method is used to solve the equations to work out the coefficients of the modified model. Finally, the modified model is applied to the test system, and the modified test system gets verified by the experimental results showing that the error values generated from the corrected test system are significantly lower than the one from the original test system, hence the accuracy of the test system gets improved.
