Abstract

With the development of network and communication technology, image encryption has become the necessary information security research problems. In this paper, 2D-logistic chaotic sequence image encryption algorithm is adopted, which can achieve image encryption easily and quickly, and ensure the security of image encryption results through the excellent properties of chaotic sequence. Before using the image encryption algorithm, the image should be processed. Because the color image is composed of a primary color matrix, it is divided into R, G, and B color components. Each color component matrix is composed of the value of the pixel matrix, and its value range is also between 0 and 255. The common color image encryption algorithms fail to fully consider the internal relations between the color components of RGB and have weak resistance to statistical analysis. In order to further enhance the degree of image scrambling and encryption security, a new color image encryption algorithm is proposed based on chaotic scrambling.
