Abstract

A new stability intelligent control method of the inverted pendulum system is presented in this paper. It combines Adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) with PID. The mathematical model of linear inverted pendulum is established. The sample data is collected by tracking added square wave signal. PID controller is added aiming at eliminating tracking errors and the ANFIS-PID stability controller is designed. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed strategy is feasible and effective through comparing with the results of LQR controller.
