Abstract

The paper describes the process of the impulse forces interaction in the synchronous electromagnetic impact machines. The research issue is an actual one as it is necessary to estimate kinetic energy loss in mechanical systems of synchronous electromagnetic machines for accurate synthesis of mathematical models. The relationship between the kinetic energy transferred to deformed medium and kinetic energy returned to the mechanical oscillatory system is determined. The second one depends on deformed medium properties and the impact systems parameters. The new dependences reflecting the head bounce factor and the head initial velocity with kinetic energy loss on deformation and recovery of incomplete impacting volumes are established.
