Abstract

The problem of determining the kinematic and stress states of the workpiece with partially constrained extrusion of channels under plane strain conditions with a misaligned punch and die is solved. The force and geometrical parameters of the process are determined. Formulas are obtained for determining the main technological parameters of the process of extrusion of unequal-shelf channels with a relatively thin horizontal bridge.
