Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA repetition nurse intervention in family on the compliance of chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods 132 chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into investigation group,which was used PDCA repetition in nursing intervention,and control group,which was nursed normally,each group 66 cases.After having been nursing for 3,6,9,12 months,the compliance was observed.Results In investigation group,the patients' degree of compliance was much higher than that in control group,inthe aspects of taking medicine,diet,rest and referral(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).There was significantly different in the recurrence rate of the two groups(P＜0.01).Conclusions Using PDCA repetition to nurse intervention in family for chronic hepatitis B patients is propitious to improve the compliance of patients,so it can make the effect of cure better,and reduce the recurrence rate.
