Abstract
with rapid development of the Internet, semantic web and ontology technology play a more important role in the knowledge management system (KMS). So this paper studies KMS based semantic web, in which involve in semantic knowledge and knowledge relation during the each process. The use of semantic web can increase efficiency of knowledge management. This paper performs the following tasks: (1) introduction the Semantic web, ontology technology, (2) identification, analysis of knowledge management and creation model, (3) architecture and characterization of knowledge management system based on semantic web, (4) introduction of knowledge ontology construction method and a simple illustration, (5) discussion of the further work.
