Abstract

The results of experimental research of improving the process of drying the locally grown figs by their initial treatment in an electric pulse field are given in this article. The results of the experiment were processed by mathematical statistics methods. The degree of tissue damage of the fig fruit is related to electric impulse discharge voltage. The results of the experimental research were conducted in order to determine the degree of tissue damage of fig fruit related to electric impulse discharge voltage. Processing of the results of all the experiments presented in the article with statistical methods was carried out based on the above methodology. The rest of the experimental results and statistical processing results are given in the form of tables and conclusions.
