Abstract

Over the past few years, a series of emergencies have again revived trade protectionism around the world, these events imposed huge problems and difficulties to global trade, which also negatively affected Chinas foreign trade market and related domestic industrial chains. Among them, the existence of green trade barriers and other non-tariff barriers not only increases the number of trade frictions but also puts forward higher technical and capital requirements for commodity processing. While the trend of trade protectionism also continues to influence the policies of some countries, adopting isolationism in Chinas foreign trade environment. Based on this situation, China should actively introduce professionals in various fields and try to promote the development of technology. Meanwhile, the government should also protect the rights of relevant parties or individuals through legal means by providing consultancy, perfecting trade legislation, and to encourage multi-party negotiation to better cope with various challenges in the field of foreign trade.
