Abstract
Objective Probe into the way of relieving the complications such as nausea and vomit,facilitating gastrointestinal tract function by means of Acupressure after gynecologic operation.Methods Random option of patients 138 after gynecologic operation;dividing in random into 2 groups:Acupressure and ordinary care.Each group consists of 69 cases;carrying out nursing care by acupressure and ordinary care respectively.Observe and compare with the two methods,to understand the effect of relieving on nausea and vomit,and facilitating gastrointestinal tract recovery.Results The acupressure has function better than the ordinary care.Conclusion Referring to the complications such as nausea and vomit after gynecologic operation,the acupressure can function well at facilitating recovery of gastrointestinal tract,which is compartively ideal.
