Abstract

In the current industrial field control, most of the servo control systems communicate with the motion controller and the servo driver, and if the industrial site needs to modify the parameters of the servo system in time according to the requirements of the processing technology, the modification of the parameters becomes very inconvenient, and you need to enter the system to change the parameter values. In order to solve this problem, a kind of macro instruction based on touch screen is introduced to realize the multi axis servo in the industrial field. The system reads and sets, uses the communication mode of Modbus RTU protocol and RS-485, thus realizes the simultaneous reading and writing of the multi axis system, introduces the Modbus RTU communication function of the Weinview touch screen and the communication function with the Panasonic servo driver in more detail, and gives a kind of macro instruction based on the Weinview touch screen.
