Thispaper presentstheresultsofresearch andfabrication ofalaserbeamscannerusedin afractionaltherapylasersystembasedonfactionaltechnologytosegmentthelaserbeamfortreatment.Thebeamscanningprocessisperformed bycontrollingtherotationangleoftwogalvomotorsalong areasincludingsquare-rectangle,circle-ellipse,isosceles triangle,isoscelestrapezoid,and rhombus,havebeen developed,surveyed,andevaluatedtoestablishasetofoptimal controlparametersforthetreatmentareas.Thesuccessful manufactureofthelaserbeamscannerallowstoactively
