Abstract

The voltage doubling rectifier circuit is an important part of the high voltage DC power supply. This article introduces the basic working principles of CW voltage doubling circuit, symmetrical CW voltage doubling circuit and positive and negative bidirectional voltage doubling circuit, and analyzes and compares the characteristics of the three voltage doubling rectifier circuits. On this basis, a symmetrical CW voltage doubling circuit was selected as the rectifier boost circuit of the DC high voltage power supply, and a system simulation model was built in Simulink. The simulation results show that the output voltage ripple coefficient of the designed DC high voltage power supply is less than 0.1%, which meets the application requirements and has strong engineering guiding significance.
