Abstract

Due to global climate change, frequency of devastating floods tends to be higher and the loss of human lives and property increasing obviously. Development of intelligent flood risk analysis is a trend for flood disaster research. By using one and two-dimensional dynamic coupling hydrodynamic model, to establish a flood control protection region flood routing computation model. The model can calculate different design standards or different flood discharge magnitude, and then coupled of dam break model and flood propagation model, to calculate flood propagation of typical breach or real time setting dike breach location. Then the model calibration and rationality analysis of calculation results have been carried out. In order to meet the needs of real-time flood or any design the flood simulation, the intelligent flood risk analysis framework has been constructed. Take the JinAn flood control protection region as an example of research, and conduct the analysis for regional historical flood and inundation scenario simulation, to provide decision support for flood control and disaster mitigation.
