Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of substation fire control work, we begin to study an intelligent fire prevention workbench, who made up of an intelligent fire alarm device and a workbench with a fire prevention capability. Intelligent fire alarm device use STC89C52RC single-chip machine as the core, and it is composed of fire module, alarm device, input and output circuit and power supply. The workbench uses wood-based panel as the base material and its surface is unsaturated polyester resin. Through casting, dry grinding, water grinding, polishing and other process, we design a louver auxiliary air intake whose surface is smooth enough to carry heavy loads to solve the fire hazard of the site workbench. Field operation shows that the workbench is reasonable in design, stable and reliable in operation.
