Abstract

With the development of science and technology, artificial intelligence is more and more widely used, and artificial intelligence technology can be seen everywhere in people’s life. The combination of artificial intelligence and law has become a hot topic in recent years. Artificial intelligence technology can provide judges with objective, factual and statistical data to help judges better hear cases. Based on a large number of factual civil judgment theories, the computer can extract the features, construct the knowledge map, and realize the in-depth learning of the artificial neural network. The fitting of the artificial neural network to various discretionary factors can meet the needs of the complexity of discretionary factors. Moreover, the artificial neural network can select the implicit maturity and the number of neurons in the discretion factors, realize knowledge transformation by defining matching rules, and learn big data on the basis of classification rules. These advantages of artificial intelligence can help judge cases. As long as artificial intelligence technology can be applied properly, our legal system can be improved.
