The fitting of the artificial neural network to various discretionary factors can meet the needs of the complexity of discretionary factors. Moreover, the artificial neural network can select the implicit maturity and the number of neurons in the discretion factors, realize knowledge transformation by defining matching rules, and learn big data on the basis of classification rules.
