Abstract

Through information system, the virtual power plant realizes the aggregation and collaborative optimization of distributed power, energy storage, controllable load, electric vehicle and other distributed resources. As a special power plant, it can participate in the coordinated management system of power market and grid operation. China's power grid is in the transition period of new and old power systems, and power transmission will change from "generation, transmission and distribution" to "source network load and storage". After the establishment of the dual carbon target of the Chinese government, the addition of distributed energy and energy storage has made the original power system more complex. Through the analysis of actual production problems, this paper innovatively proposes the research of key technologies for the operation of virtual power plants to realize the collaborative management, cluster control and optimal operation of multiple distributed energy sources, thus serving the power grid's absorption capacity of green power, and reducing the impact of wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy source output fluctuations on the power grid.
