Research and Analysis on the Course of Sports Law in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

Professional sports and sports industry is an important part of the development of special sports in China. In recent years, with the rapid development of sports, disputes and legal issues in the field of sports have gradually become prominent, and promote the development of sports law in China. Due to the late research of sports law in China, there are many deficiencies in the actual teaching. Therefore, this paper establishes the research and analysis of college sports law course. Through a comparative survey with the United States, which is more mature in this field, we can see that there are still some phenomena such as neglecting theory in curriculum provision in China. Therefore, according to the actual situation of Chinese colleges and universities, and combined with the actual needs in the field of sports, this paper designs the principles of compiling sports law textbooks and the ways of setting up sports law courses. Through the optimization scheme of this paper, the reform of sports law curriculum is more inclined to the theory of law than the traditional way, but also combined with the practical needs of sports field, which solves the problems of unreasonable curriculum setting, unsuitable teaching materials and low efficiency of personnel training.
