Abstract
Tumors may effectively evade the immune system by several mechanisms which are not only confined to cancer cells but also may be related to the impaired function of immune responses.Tumor associated dendritic cell(TADC),myeloid derived suppressive cell(MDSC)and tumor associated macrophage(TAM)have been found to play a critical role in inducing immunosuppression in tumor immune escape.These researches may provide new strategies for immunotherapy against tumors.
