Abstract

Tumor-associated dendritic cells (TADCs), myeloid derived suppressive cells (MDSCs) andtumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) have been found to be able to induce immunosuppression in tumor im-mune escape. Tumor derived factors not only affect the differentiation, function but also the trafficking of thesetumor-associated cells. Researches on tumor associated immune suppressive cells provided evidence for the newimmunotberapy against cancers. Key words: Tumor-associated dendritic cells; Myeloid derived suppressive cells; Tumor-associated macropha-ges; Tumor derived factors.
