Abstract

Moose (Alces alces) in Wells Gray Park, British Columbia, have been under study by the authors since 1950. Part of this study has included the examination of uteri and their contents. The purpose of this part of the program was to obtain information on reproduction in this moose population. Some results of this work are presented in this paper.
