Abstract
It is shown how representations for permutation operators may be constructed for the case of two particles of given angular momentum using operators defined in angular momentum space. The calculations are performed in detail for spin 1 2 , 1, 3 2 and 2 . A method for construction of projection operators in angular momentum space is also included and worked out in detail for the addition of two angular momenta j = 1 2 .
