Abstract
In compliance with "The Fundamental Directions of General Education and Vocational School Reform" and the nationwide program for the creation, manufacturing development, and efficient utilization of computer technology and automated systems, the Politburo has decided on measures that will guarantee computer literacy to pupils in secondary educational institutions and ensure the broad scale incorporation of computer technology in the teaching and learning process.
