Abstract

This article aimed to investigate the social skills repertoire of elementary school teachers from a full-time school in the urban area. The research was characterized as bibliographical and field, exploratory, descriptive, with a qualitative approach. The Social Skills Inventory – 2 (IHS-2) was used. Data were collected on the respective instrument's web platform. As for the teachers' repertoire of social skills, it was found that most had a good repertoire of social skills, with results within the average for most items. On the other hand, 3 of the participants presented as a result an inferior repertoire of social skills.
