Abstract

The opening of a new research proposal, which will contribute in two fundamental points: the first points to social inclusion and the second to economic support. This double approach makes it possible to guarantee the rights of thousands of people who have been directly or indirectly affected by the contrasts left by the internal armed conflict, fundamentally in relation to the planting of illicit crops. With this proposal, it is sought that, through the transformation of ancient natural materials such as hemp and cannabis, it is possible to achieve changes in human development and integrity, from the individual and social point of view, as well as in economic development. Of the territory. In this way, the problematic question is raised: how is it considered that the natural transformation of hemp and cannabis can achieve the sustenance of the Colombian population affected by the armed conflict? With this, it is expected to develop various activities that respond to a differential scheme of the population affected by the conflict and that will be fed from the Single Registry of Victims (Unit for Comprehensive Care and Reparation for Victims, 2019). Five points were taken that are classified as essential for the development of the project: legal framework, society, health, education, productivity and economy in this way it is possible to have an integral development, since through the implementation of each one of these item’s, manages to provide guidance and seek optimal solutions to improve the process of restitution of their rights and constitutional guarantees, due to inclusion in the Colombian legal framework.
