Abstract
The description of the screening of the hydrodynamic interaction in polymer solutions in terms of the scaling concept and the renormalization group is proposed. At nonzero concentrations, where the hydrodynamic interaction is screened, we predict two concentration regimes in which the dynamical quantities depend on concentration in different ways.
