Abstract
Lymphosarcoma is a malignant neoplasm that most often arises from hematopoietic organs or tissues. This case reports the vaginal lymphosarcoma that occurs in a female dog with a pomeranian peranakan race named Miko with a clinical sign that is the mass of the tumor that is seen in the cranial vagina accompanied by a smelly smelly sanguinopurulent. Histopathological examination shows the presence of many heterogeneous lymphocyte cells in connective tissue, as well as a small number of mitotic cells. Based on histopathological examination, a dog confirmed suffering from vaginal lymphosarcoma with dubius prognosis. Handling performed is surgery by episiotomy method and removal of tumors in cranial and vaginal caudal then followed by vincristine sulfate chemotherapy at a dose of 0.025 mg/kg BW once a week three times repetition, and anti -inflammatory dexamethasone steroids (0.1mg/KGBB through intramuscular. The operation was performed by administering atropine sulfate (dose kg/bw), and a combination of anesthesia ketamine 10 mg/kg BW and Xylazine with a dose of 1mg/kgBB. Oral for five days, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, namely tolfenamic acid 4 mg/kg BW subcutaneously and continued with dexamethasone 0.1mg/kgBB orally 1 tablet once a day for five days. Wound care is given 10% povidon iodin given topically in the stitches. On the 21st day the seam wounds were completely integrated and the size of the tumor in the vagina of the caudal was shrinking.
