Abstract
This article borrows from the successful application of information fusion technology in other fields. It analyzes and summarizes the entry points, the forms and realization methods of the application of the new technology in the reliability field through reseaching the basic feature of the information fusion technology. It also explores the information fusion technology in the field of reliability applicability and basic application solutions, discusses the content and essence of the new method more comprehensively. Information fusion technology can be used to solve the bottleneck problem of complex system reliability evaluation. Reliability evaluation level of the system can be improved.
