Abstract

The application of multi-sensor information fusion technology monitored the quality of automotive engine lubricating oil. Taking moisture content of lubricating oil, dielectric constant, scatter degree and transparency of infrared light, iron grinding particle content on the permeability and ultrasonic reflectivity as input factors, comprehensive evaluation results as output factor, by using the theory of information fusion technology established the monitoring model of lubricating oil quality. The test results show that, compared with the single monitoring method, the lubricating oil quality monitoring model of multi-sensor information fusion technologycan more accurately reflect the quality of lubricating oil.
