Abstract
The primary sodium pump is one of the most key equipment in the fast reactor. Accidental closure or incorrect operation of the primary sodium pump will cause serious trouble, and the signal module plays an important role in the transmission. To evaluate the reliability of signal module, reliability degradation test should be carried out, and chances are that failure data and degradation data were both produced. To make full use of all the data and improve the accuracy of reliability evaluation, this paper established joint models based on maximum likelihood method and Bayesian method respectively, which provided an effective way to evaluate the reliability when both failure data and degradation data appeared within the same reliability test. In addition, the failure and degradation data was simulated to compare the two joint models, and some reasonable suggestions were given for the reliability evaluation of products with both degradation data and failure data appeared, which has a strong practical significance and value in engineering application.
