Abstract

As an important part of the entire power grid, the operational reliability of the distribution network is particularly important. However, none of the existing reliability assessment methods of distribution network involves the classification standard of distribution network reliability. Therefore, in this paper, the reliability classification standard and evaluation method of distribution network are proposed. First, considering the impact of reliability electricity prices, a new type of distribution system reliability evaluation index system is established, and then the comprehensive weights of each index based on the EW-AHP are solved. The single-index grading standard and the multi-index comprehensive grading standard were established combining the scoring function. At the same time, the power consumption information of the end users is collected, and the comprehensive scores of the operation reliability evaluation of different distribution networks are obtained. According to the classification standard, the operation reliability of the distribution network can be evaluated intuitively and accurately. The analysis of the calculation example shows that the proposed classification standard and evaluation method can reasonably consider the influence of reference indicators such as reliability electricity price on the reliability evaluation of the distribution network. Further, the accuracy of the reliability assessment of the distribution network is improved.
