Abstract
This paper proposes a reliability analysis method for piston pumps based on degradation data and considering individual differences. Based on the application of the Gamma process to build a model of degradation data, the random-effects model was introduced to the model of the Gamma process for the individual differences that exist in the degradation process. On this basis, the basic framework of reliability analysis based on Bayesian approach is studied in this paper, and also the estimation of degradation model parameters is investigated, which contains the establishment of a performance degradation analysis model using Bayesian approach, the estimation of model parameters, the acquisition of posterior distribution and the analysis of reliability of piston pumps.The proposed reliability analysis method is verified by carrying out reliability analysis work on the piston pumps.
