Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of the personal profile of BEED graduates to their Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) performance. 201 graduate sample respondents participated in the study. the official results from the Professional Regulation Commission served as major data sources. The survey questionnaire was used to gather data other data. Descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment Correlation were the statistical tools used in the study. The BEED graduates’ profile that influenced their LET performance included high school weighted average, aptitude for college work, honors/awards received, the time gap between graduation and licensure examination, GPA, and average obtained in the general education and professional education courses. None from among the personal profile of professional education and specialization courses teachers predicts the performance ratings of BEED. Meanwhile, the BEED graduate personal profile that predicts LET performance were their aptitude for college work and overall grade point average. The time gap between graduation and licensure examination predicts good or poor scores in the general education of the examination.
