Abstract

In the context of Islam, "wasiyyah" denotes a legally binding document or bequest that individuals might write to precisely outline the distribution of their assets and properties upon their demise. Nevertheless, the use of wasiyyah as a means of administering inheritance in society is very limited. The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship between understanding and satisfaction with wasiyyah products. A cohort of 142 clients from MAAB, Cheras participated in this study. Data collection involved the use of a questionnaire, while data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics. The data has been analysed using descriptive statistics and Spearman's rho correlation coefficient. All participants possess a satisfactory degree of understanding regarding the function of MyAngkasa Amanah Berhad in postmortem property management, based on the provided information. According to the Spearman's rho correlation coefficient, there was a moderate to strong positive correlation seen between the variables "understanding" and "satisfaction." The study's findings establish a basis for understanding as well as improving client satisfaction with wassiyah at MAAB Cheras.
