Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the incidence of the middle and advanced stage bacterial vaginosis (BV) and pregnancy outcomes,and to observe the incidence of third trimester BV.Methods From June 2009 to March 2012,360 pregnancy cases in our hospital were detected with BV,62 cases positive,40 cases of BV-positive pregnant women as a treatment group using lactobacillus vaginal capsules treatment,the remaining 22 cases of BV-positive pregnant women did not do intervention as observation group,298 BV-negative pregnant women as a control group,the three groups were compared pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women.Results The late occurrence of BV in pregnancy was 17.2%,and the observation group patients with preterm labor,premature rupture of membranes,puerperal infection and neonatal infection rate was significantly higher compared to the other two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion BV pregnant women increased the probability of occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with preterm labor,puerperal infection,and lactobacillus vaginal capsules treatment can improve the BV positive pregnant women and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
