Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among perception of errors, challenge and empowerment of High School Taekwondo Players. To achieve this, a sample of 283 people were used for final analysis of the High School Taekwondo players from Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon was selected as a population. SPSS 23.0 was used for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and Pearson s correlation analysis, Amos 23.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis, a structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis. The research results are as follows. First, the perception of errors had a positive effect on challenge. Second, the perception of errors had a positive effect on empowerment. Third, the challenge had a positive effect on empowerment.
