Abstract
Abstract The relation between the ordered pseudo-spin system and the breathing mode condensation is shown as a factor for superconductivity improvement. The obtained free energy is presented. Numerical calculation for YBaCuO has been performed. The order in pseudo-spin subsystem causes the shift and diffusiveness of transition in displacive subsystem.
