Abstract
A ninhydrin‐positive aqueous fraction isolated from Coprinus atramentarius (Bull. ex Fr.) Fr. showed significant disulfiram‐like activity in mice. The isolation of this fraction from the mushroom crude extract and a convenient pharmacological test for following the physiological activity in each fraction are described.
