Abstract
The article on the basis of leading documents on the organization of work with personnel in military teams (laws, directives and orders of commanders, regulations, statutes) describes the willingness of future officers to educate military personnel as a component of their general pedagogical culture, which is formed in the process of professional training educational institution (EHL) and develops throughout life. It is proved that the readiness to organize such work is a significant component of the pedagogical culture of officers, whose responsibilities include effective educational activities with military personnel. The leading tasks and elements of the educational work of officers with the personnel of military teams were clarified; the directions of educational work include: moral and psychological support of combat and mobilization readiness, training, service and combat activities and combat operations; strengthening military discipline and prevention of offenses; individual work; military and social work; outreach and advocacy work; information and psychological counteraction; humanitarian training; military-patriotic education; cultural and educational work; meeting religious needs (pastoral work); types of education (military-patriotic, legal, moral, aesthetic, ethical) are characterized. The prospects of the study determined the detail of the proposed regulatory frameworks in the process of professional training of future officers, in particular, regarding the formation of their general pedagogical culture.
