Abstract
The regularity of statistical biomechanics has been established in the form of the regularity of the inverted distribution of the population levels of a biological system, for example, the system of sarcomeres. It was shown that in such a system a new type of condensation (shincondensation) is realized, which takes place at the maximally high energy level for the given system. The activity of the system of sarcomeres, manifested in the form of an induced emission of elastic waves, ensures an additional mechanism for propagation of information in man and the mechanism of programmed-automatic control of short-term processes related to it.
